Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order:

• Orders over £10 – Free delivery.

The correct delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Dispatch Times

We aim to pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually prepared within 2–3 business days.

During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will always do our best to send your order promptly.

UK Delivery

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered using a UK postal or courier service.

Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service, seasonal demand, bank holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it.

International Delivery

At this time, we do not offer international delivery. Orders can only be delivered within the UK.
