Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK only.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order.

Orders over £10 include free delivery.

Orders from 100g up to 1kg include a £1 delivery contribution.

The final delivery cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually prepare and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the postal or courier service used, as well as bank holidays, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request to cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to return it in line with our returns policy.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns provided the products are unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Where possible, please also provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect item so we can look into it quickly.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund or suitable resolution.

Are your spices natural products?

Yes. Our spices are natural products, which means there may be slight variations in colour, texture, aroma or appearance between batches.

These natural variations are normal and do not affect the quality of the product.

Do your products contain allergens?

Customers should always check product information before purchasing or using any product.

Although care is taken when handling and packing products, spices may be packed in environments where other food products or allergens are present.

Do you offer international delivery?

No, we currently only offer UK domestic delivery.
