Silva’s Spices supplies carefully selected spices and related products to customers within the UK.

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices and availability information are accurate and up to date.
As spices are natural products, there may be slight variations in colour, texture, aroma or appearance between batches. These natural differences do not affect the quality of the product.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative, refund, or cancellation.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment has not been received, or an error has been made in the product information or pricing.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Payment must be made at the time of ordering through the payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to update our prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
We currently offer UK domestic delivery only.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the postal or courier service, bank holidays, seasonal demand, or circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
You may request to cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to return it in line with our returns policy below.
We accept returns, provided that the products are returned unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been approved, the item should be sent back to us within a further 14 days.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food products unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, details of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund or suitable resolution.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will process the refund as quickly as possible.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Customers are responsible for checking product information before purchasing and using any product.
Although care is taken when handling and packing products, spices may be packed in environments where other food products or allergens are present.
