      Simple Sri Lankan Curry Base

      Inspired by traditional Sri Lankan cooking, this base brings together warming spices to create a rich and flavourful foundation for countless dishes.

      Ingredients:

      • 1 onion (finely chopped)
      • 2 garlic cloves
      • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (or crushed stick)
      • ½ tsp ground cloves (or 2 whole cloves)
      • 1 tsp black pepper
      • 1 tsp turmeric
      • Oil
      • 1 tin coconut milk

      Method:
